Livestock producers worldwide face unprecedented challenges. In general terms, these are predominantly associated with:

• Variable payments for their end products (milk, meat, etc…)
• Continuous high demands for the quality of their end products
• Increased demands for natural, biological ways of production.

In order to meet these challenges, farmers worldwide are required to increase production efficiency and introduce new methods and procedures.
